The Spinning Rings Obstacle System is a suspended training apparatus featuring a high-strength truss load-bearing frame for stable support. Participants grasp two adjacent rings simultaneously and advance forward in an alternating motion — using swing momentum to transfer their grip from one ring to the next. Alternatively, they may launch themselves from the ground or a low platform to seize suspended rings and perform hanging maneuvers, with controlled landings to absorb impact. This obstacle effectively develops grip strength, upper-body power, core stability, and dynamic coordination. Suitable for children aged 6 and above, teenagers, and adults. Available in custom ring spacing, heights, and configurations to fit any ninja course layout.
