How to gain a deeper understanding of the suspended cylindrical obstacle through various advanced gameplay techniques?

Basic Techniques
Single-Post Swinging:Grasp a single cylindrical post with both hands. With your body suspended, generate momentum by swinging your hips to oscillate back and forth—starting with small arcs and gradually increasing the amplitude. This serves to activate the shoulder, back, and core muscles, helps you establish a sense of balance while suspended, and lays the foundation for more advanced movements.
Alternating Post Traverse:Grasp two adjacent cylindrical posts one in each hand and move forward by alternating your grip.As you move, ensure your trailing hand sweeps in a circular arc from underneath before reaching up to the next post.Utilize your arm and core strength to propel your body forward, thereby building upper-body endurance and overall body coordination.
Advanced Techniques
