How Did This Playground Order Come About?
This customer was originally engaged in making small toys. We have always kept in touch. This time, he said that he had an idle place where he wanted to build an indoor soft play, and asked me to make a playground layout plan for him with a lower budget.
Before that, the client explained that he had researched the surrounding soft playground market, and he quickly shared his playground equipment requirements. Essential elements included a ball pool with slide, a rainbow crochet net, ball shooting guns, a plastic tube drilling area, EPP building blocks, electronic equipment, a trampoline park, and an escape soft play maze. Besides, the client required us to put the arcade game machine area into the design for older children and adults, which would attract more kids to play. In general, from the initial communication to the subsequent design confirmation, the customer made a fast decision for the whole project.
By the way, within a limited budget, the customer said that he did not need gorgeous decorations, only wanted strong playability and high cost performance. So we finally confirmed the final design and quoted a contract to start production. For future cooperation, our patient service made him more convinced that his choice was correct.
