Multi-Stage Quality Control Process
Incoming Material Inspection and Supplier Qualification
All raw materials undergo strict inspection upon arrival. Galvanized steel pipes are checked for diameter (Dia48mm standard) and wall thickness (ranging from 1.2mm to 1.8mm depending on configuration). Fire retardant plywood boards are verified for thickness (≥20mm) and flame retardancy. High-density EPE foam, PU/PVC leather, and other components are sampled and tested for quality consistency before entering production.
Key materials such as steel pipes, flame-retardant panels, and leather are sourced from fixed suppliers with batch traceability. Each batch is documented and retained for future reference, ensuring full material traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
In-Process Quality Checks During Production
Throughout the production process – steel cutting, frame welding, foam padding application, and leather covering – quality inspectors conduct regular checks at each stage. Weld integrity is verified, material thickness is measured against specifications, and flame retardancy is tested on random samples
Pre-Assembly Testing Before Shipment
Before any equipment is packaged and shipped, it undergoes full modular pre-assembly testing in our workshop. The complete structure is assembled according to installation drawings, with every connection point, safety clearance, and moving part inspected. Structural load testing is performed to verify stability under expected usage conditions.
This pre-assembly process serves two critical purposes: it confirms that all components fit together correctly, and it allows us to identify and address any issues before the equipment reaches the client's site.
Documentation and Transparency
Every order includes production photos and videos shared with the client throughout the manufacturing process. Clients receive pre-assembly video confirmation before shipment, providing full visibility into the quality and completeness of their project.
